Your tasks
– Order entry and customer service of import shipments
– Communication with related parties like carrier or subcontractor, arrangements for precarriage, customs handling, bookings with airline
– Communication with clients, quotations, claims handling
– Monitoring of shipment status
– Being sole responsible for your clients
